How many people can I BCC on one email?

I have a few cadences where I want to A/B test the subject line in the first email. I then have 3 additional emails but when I choose ‘thread’ it only gives the option for ‘A’ in the previous email and not B. What happens when I launch the cadence? Will everyone getting the additional emails get threaded to the A option only (even if they receive the B option for the first email)? TIA!

A few questions: Does this mean that if an email is sent to two email addresses at the same domain, and both email addresses open the email, only open is counted? ‘The number does not display the number of opens for a single email.’ I’m not following. What does this mean? What does Email Opens include?Email opens in analytics counts how the number of emails that have been opened at least once. The number does not display the number of opens for a single email.  Emails opened by someone with the same domain are excluded from email counts.

How do managers/admins quickly view their teams daily workload or have visibility into the teams' rhythm activity? Our manager is looking for a way to have visibility into her teams' daily outreach activity. In our current system we have a way to view this but have not been able to find a way to view daily outreach activity without 'acting on behalf' of a user and looking at individual rhythms. We learned that SL does not have a direct feature to view what is specifically due for users in terms of daily outreach activity but that there is a “scheduled actions” report in Coaching and I will check this out. We would love to learn how other managers and leads are reviewing daily outreach activity for teams. This is useful for several reasons and one is understanding how available or not team members are based on daily outreach activity workload.

Any suggestions on the idea to set Preference for which phone number to use in dialer? Eg we have mobile as preference but we need to switch every time. Yes we can map our numbers differently but will have confusing naming conventions in the system.

We’re interested in separating out activities from the analytics dashboard based on the account type. We deal with both end user customers and partners - and would like to be able to focus on each separately.Is there a method to do this within the Analytics section, or a workaround? If not, could we add this as an enhancement suggestion?Brian

Our company uses Paperflite to organize and share relevant content with prospects and customers. I’d like to build in Paperflite content and tracking links into Team Cadences that the sales team are using. If I use Paperflite-generated links in team cadences, will the sales team member who are using the cadences receive analytics on the Paperflite content they’re sharing?For those who are familiar with Paperflite -- you know that when you generate a link for content, it can give you analytics into when recipients have clicked on or engaged with linked assets.

Hello Everybody,Salesloft currently does not permit editing Account Details while in the Prospect (People) view. This limitation is particularly challenging during mass calling when we need to quickly add or update account-level information. Would it be possible for the Product team to adjust these settings?Many thanks,Lana

In the past 30 days we’ve had about 171 incomplete Zoom Recordings. I’ve surfaced this 2X in Salesloft office hours but with no resolve to our issues and am curious if other admins have found tips to prevent issues. From what I can see, Zoom settings are enabled, Calendar syncs are on, Video Conferencing is on, but we are still seeing incomplete calls. 

I’m running into an issue where the meetings attended metric is including internal meetings the BDR is attending. I know conversations can exclude recording meetings that only include internal domains, I’m wondering if there’s a way to do something similar and remove internal meetings from showing up in the meetings attended metric. Any thoughts on how to solve this? Should I be looking at another metric like meetings booked?

I’m seeking best practices for implementing and tracking multi-threading in Salesloft for BDR/SDR team. The parent cadence will have steps the team member doesn’t need to complete on a multi-thread. I’m not certain I want the BDR skipping steps, so I’m considering adding separate cadences that are “linked” to the parent cadence so we can track the implementation and activity of additional people at a company. One of the workspace cadence groupings is by account, so the BDR will have an efficient way to see all steps for an account. Any feedback and suggestions would be much appreciated!

When creating meeting in Salesloft I want the meeting to be created in Salesforce as well.   The issue is I need the meeting to be assigned to the AE but its created by the SDR.  If I make the meeting owner the AE is both the Assigned To in Salesforce (which is good) but the AE also shows as the Created By in Salesforce (which is bad)  I  can use the booked by field but then my reporting in Salesforce get messed up.  I need to for the SDR to be able to create the meeting in Salesloft for the AE, then in Salesforce I need the meeting to be Assigned To the AE and created by the SDR. I’ve tried everything I can think of, any suggestions? 

Hi fellow Lofters!  Looking for some insight from fellow Salesloft admins re: Group management.  How are you successfully keeping Groups accurately and up to date without adding a ton of manual work to your plate?

I tend to start off outbound cadences with text emails and then during the cadence steps add links. I Get good views but wanted to get feedback from others on what works best for them with building out cadences targeting new prospects. 

Hi all, I am new to Drift, and I am struggling to get the best out of it. We are divided by federal State, but I don’t see a filter option in Drift. Thus, I see many accounts and contacts that are not relevant to me.  Can somebody help? Thanks,Esther 

Is there a way to identify specific emails within a cadence where the BDR has personalized the content? Is it possible to determine which step in the cadence has been personalized the most? How does the snippets reporting work? e.g. if we want snippets to be factored as personalization, is there a way to show that usage by individual user?

Hi team! I work in athletics and sell 12 different sports, which leads to using a lot of candences. I’m curious about people's favorite automation rules they have in their one-off cadences With all the different leads and sports we also have the ability to lose leads once they leave the cadence. I’m also interested in hearing about people's favorite automation rules and how it has helped them to move people from cadence to cadence to keep in contact with people. Automations have been a life saver for me with disposition and sentiment, but that is the real extent that I have used them thus far.  Thanks!

A user cannot import leads from Salesforce to Salesloft. All CRM connections, Chrome ext.., etc., have been checked, re-installed, etc. He clicks on leads and it seems to start moving to the Salesloft screen as if the import will complete, and then the Salesloft screen view just disappears. The leads do not import.Any suggestions?

I recently logged a support case because several coworkers were having trouble importing a Salesforce report into Salesloft. The import would get stuck on the 100% screen and wouldn’t finish. Salesloft support confirmed it was a bug that their engineering team was investigating.I noticed that a new version of the Salesloft Chrome extension (v1.4.0) was released on 11/14/24, according to the release notes. I went ahead and updated the extension, but I didn’t see anything in the notes mentioning a fix for the import issue. Has anyone implemented a single team cadence for a post-webinar follow up for both registered and actual attendees? We’d like to provide different messaging to each group on the first step. I was looking at leaving the email step blank and offering two templates for our reps to insert, depending on the lead. Any other ideas?

My coworkers and I have noticed the Salesloft Chrome extension banner appearing more frequently today. I checked the Salesloft Chrome extension release notes, and it looks like a bug fix was released on 11/5/24 to roll back to version 1.3.12 due to reported issues with the "Loft It" button.After reloading the browser, the banner still appears sporadically throughout the day. Do you know when this issue will be fully resolved?  

Will the articles from community.drift.com migrate over to this hub? A coworker wanted to share a discussion post with me related to "IntegrationRequest failed and no fallback available" failures in Drift that she found last week, but I get redirected to the Champions Hub homepage when I click the link and nothing pops up when I search "IntegrationRequest”. I’m not in desperate need of the info in the discussion, but it did bring up this point that I’m curious about.
