Any suggestions on the idea to set Preference for which phone number to use in dialer? Eg we have mobile as preference but we need to switch every time. Yes we can map our numbers differently but will have confusing naming conventions in the system.

The Salesloft Dialer defaults to calling the Home Phone field in your CRM and while there is no built-in way to change this behavior, there is a workaround that would require you mapping the Mobile Phone field to the Home Phone field in Salesloft. 

Alternatively, if there are multiple phone numbers for a Person, you can manually select the number you wish to call using the dropdown menu in Dialer, before initiating the call. 

Regardless of the option you choose, I would encourage you to submit Product Feedback using the Submit Feedback link located in your Profile menu dropdown.
