SDRs work on Contacts

Hi - my org’s SDRs currently work on Contacts owned by Sales Associates. We use Salesforce.I have Automatic Step Reassignment (Team Cadences) as well as Automatic Task Reassignment toggled on within the Data > Cadences and Tasks section. I wish to leave these two items active should an SDR leave the organization since Leads are reassigned to other SDRs.Does anyone have any creative solutions to suppress task and cadence step reassignment when a contact is added to Salesloft for the first time or the contact ownership is changed in Salesforce? This issue arose when we rolled out a Contact recycle campaign for SDRs.  Thanks!

Outlook’s New Requirements for Senders - What is the impact?

Hey Salesloft Community,Microsoft is changing how they handle emails for high-volume senders.  If you send over 5,000 emails daily to Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, and Live.com addresses, you need to take immediate action to ensure your emails continue to reach inboxes. Starting May 2025 Microsoft will require specific email authentication settings for your sending domain to boost inbox security.Why This Matters for Salesloft Users:This directly impacts whether your emails land in Outlook inboxes. Without these settings, your messages could go to spam or be rejected.What You Need to Do (and What to Check Immediately):Verify SPF, DKIM, DMARC are Set Up CORRECTLY: Work with your IT team immediately to implement or double-check these email authentication methods for your sending domain, ensuring they meet the following criteria: SPF (Sender Policy Framework): Must Pass for the sending domain. Frontend App Development

I was wondering if anyone has gotten stuck after creating frontend integration and trying to Install it. We had tested our OAUTH integration by creating an OAUTH app and tested our integration. All work as expected. We moved on to creating FrontEnd integration providing the same Redirect URL. When we click Install it goes straight to “Unexpected Error” Page without calling our URL.

Salesloft/Paperflite Integration

Our company uses Paperflite to organize and share relevant content with prospects and customers. I’d like to build in Paperflite content and tracking links into Team Cadences that the sales team are using. If I use Paperflite-generated links in team cadences, will the sales team member who are using the cadences receive analytics on the Paperflite content they’re sharing?For those who are familiar with Paperflite -- you know that when you generate a link for content, it can give you analytics into when recipients have clicked on or engaged with linked assets.

Request to Enable Account Detail Editing in People View

Hello Everybody,Salesloft currently does not permit editing Account Details while in the Prospect (People) view. This limitation is particularly challenging during mass calling when we need to quickly add or update account-level information. People with Multiple Email Addresses

We have a situation that is causing issues with CRM sync activity. We are running into contacts who have multiple email addresses. We currently have two email fields on the Salesforce contact, the default and a secondary. I can’t find documentation from Salesloft on how to sync activity using either of those email fields. While not ideal, it’s causing many sync issues, and I’d like to help the team with this issue. Does anyone have best practices for managing CRM activity sync for people with multiple email addresses?

How to remove internal meetings from meetings attended metric

I’m running into an issue where the meetings attended metric is including internal meetings the BDR is attending. I know conversations can exclude recording meetings that only include internal domains, I’m wondering if there’s a way to do something similar and remove internal meetings from showing up in the meetings attended metric. Any thoughts on how to solve this? Should I be looking at another metric like meetings booked?

Favorite Campaign Automations

Hi team! I work in athletics and sell 12 different sports, which leads to using a lot of candences. I’m curious about people's favorite automation rules they have in their one-off cadences With all the different leads and sports we also have the ability to lose leads once they leave the cadence. I’m also interested in hearing about people's favorite automation rules and how it has helped them to move people from cadence to cadence to keep in contact with people. Automations have been a life saver for me with disposition and sentiment, but that is the real extent that I have used them thus far.  Thanks!

Salesloft Open Tracking and Gmail

Hi everyone,My name is Gabe, and I'm an engineer here at Salesloft focused on our email channel. I want to address a concern among our users about potential changes to the Google email platform that might affect tracking pixels used to determine if someone opened an email.To put your mind at ease, we haven't seen any evidence of Google blocking tracking pixels by default. However, what we have observed is that images can be blocked when emails are detected as spam due to domain reputation or email content. But here's the good news: if you're following Salesloft's email best practices, it's unlikely that your prospects will ever see this sort of spam banner message. If you want to know more about how to avoid these issues and ensure your emails are delivered successfully, I recommend checking out our email deliverability best practices guide.

Advice needed on how to bulk update

Hi Guys, I target about 2000+ Accounts with about 5000+ target individuals with a lot the data cleansing needed. No. 1 being linking people to the right accounts. Any insights and advice on how to bulk update the linking between people and their accounts would be huge help and $ value. (I’ve explored ways of uploading CSV however without success as it only allows updating of “display company”, not “linked company”) likewise, I’m generally good with the system so if anything I could help, please leave a question here. Thanks! Jason
