I’m new to the world of APIs, so please excuse any incorrect terms or beginner-level nonsense.I’m accessing the SalesLoft API to extract my organization’s data on a regular cadence, and ran into the following issue. The way I currently have my python script set up, I first call the activity_histories endpoint to get a list of activities with my desired types and time range. Then I pull the user guids (direct), call or email id (from static data), and person ids and/or account ids (based on resource type and resource id). For each person id, I call the /people endpoint to get the associated account (in case it isn’t in activity_histories for some reason). For each account id, I call the /accounts endpoint; for each call id I run through the /calls endpoint to get sentiment and disposition; for each user id I run through the /users endpoint to get user names etc. I call the /successes endpoint to get the person ids associated with all the successes for the date range I’m looking at. Is there merge account or contact option?
We are looking for a report that can be scheduled on a weekly basis:The report only returns data for records marked as Do not contact for the current weekThe report should be scheduled If possible the report should have date and time stamp of when the person was marked as “Do not contact” Currently the export option does not allow one to filter to date and time stamp of when record was set to Do Not Contact and one has to export all the data every time.I think we need to go the API route but will need some help to achieve this.Hoping the team here can help.Regards,Vibha Bhatia
Hello Everybody,Salesloft currently does not permit editing Account Details while in the Prospect (People) view. This limitation is particularly challenging during mass calling when we need to quickly add or update account-level information. Would it be possible for the Product team to adjust these settings?Many thanks,Lana
I’m running into an issue where the meetings attended metric is including internal meetings the BDR is attending. I know conversations can exclude recording meetings that only include internal domains, I’m wondering if there’s a way to do something similar and remove internal meetings from showing up in the meetings attended metric. Any thoughts on how to solve this? Should I be looking at another metric like meetings booked?
Hi Guys, I target about 2000+ Accounts with about 5000+ target individuals with a lot the data cleansing needed. No. 1 being linking people to the right accounts. Any insights and advice on how to bulk update the linking between people and their accounts would be huge help and $ value. (I’ve explored ways of uploading CSV however without success as it only allows updating of “display company”, not “linked company”) likewise, I’m generally good with the system so if anything I could help, please leave a question here.
