Hi all,I’m not new to SalesLoft, but I am newer to this community. I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the communication from SalesLoft over the past week and a half regarding the security concerns with Drift. While no one enjoys receiving that kind of news initially, I’ve felt incredibly supported by their team, including direct outreach from our AEs.We’re currently working to restore full functionality—syncing, person records, activities, etc.—and I’m posting here to seek insights from other SalesLoft admins. If you have any tips or best practices for auditing data to close potential gaps, or examples of how you're communicating updates to your sales teams and leadership, I’d love to hear them.Thank you in advance—and thank you, SalesLoft, for your transparency throughout this process!
Hey Salesloft Community, Savannah Warbington here, Customer Success Architect here at Salesloft! 👋🏼Are you looking to make your Salesloft even smarter and more proactive? Third-Party Integration Plays are your secret weapon! These powerful Plays allow you to trigger actions in Salesloft based on signals from other tools in your tech stack, creating a seamless and highly efficient sales workflow. What are Third-Party Integration Plays? Essentially, these Plays use data from your external applications (like intent platforms, e-signature tools, or even your CRM) to automatically create tasks or actions within Salesloft. This means your reps get real-time, relevant prompts to engage with prospects and customers at precisely the right moment. How to Enable Them (for Salesloft Admins):Ensure the Third-Party App is Integrated: Before you can create a Play, the specific third-party application needs to be integrated and authorized with Salesloft. This often involves connecting the two plat
Hey Salesloft Community,Microsoft is changing how they handle emails for high-volume senders. If you send over 5,000 emails daily to Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, and Live.com addresses, you need to take immediate action to ensure your emails continue to reach inboxes. Starting May 2025 Microsoft will require specific email authentication settings for your sending domain to boost inbox security. Why This Matters for Salesloft Users:This directly impacts whether your emails land in Outlook inboxes. Without these settings, your messages could go to spam or be rejected. What You Need to Do (and What to Check Immediately):Verify SPF, DKIM, DMARC are Set Up CORRECTLY: Work with your IT team immediately to implement or double-check these email authentication methods for your sending domain, ensuring they meet the following criteria: SPF (Sender Policy Framework): Must Pass for the sending domain. Your domain's DNS record should accurately list authorized IP addresses/hosts. DKIM (DomainKeys Iden
Hey Champions, John Wood, Manager of Product Manager, here to chat about IPaaS! For years, Salesloft has had integrations with leading IPaaS solutions, with Zapier being the newest addition to our marketplace. Customers have used these integrations to simply automate importing leads and, in some cases, build their own custom CRM workflows. Salesloft partners with IPaaS solutions to open up a new world of data integration within your organization’s tech stack, acting as both the destination and a data source. What is IPaaS?IPaaS, or Integration Platform as a Service, is a cloud-based tool that seamlessly connects your different software applications and systems. Think of it as a bridge that allows your apps to communicate and share data. How can it help your organization?Today’s businesses rely on numerous software applications. I was wondering if anyone has gotten stuck after creating frontend integration and trying to Install it. We had tested our OAUTH integration by creating an OAUTH app and tested our integration. All work as expected. We moved on to creating FrontEnd integration providing the same Redirect URL. When we click Install it goes straight to “Unexpected Error” Page without calling our URL.
Our company uses Paperflite to organize and share relevant content with prospects and customers. I’d like to build in Paperflite content and tracking links into Team Cadences that the sales team are using. If I use Paperflite-generated links in team cadences, will the sales team member who are using the cadences receive analytics on the Paperflite content they’re sharing? For those who are familiar with Paperflite -- you know that when you generate a link for content, it can give you analytics into when recipients have clicked on or engaged with linked assets.
