Hey Champions…. just sharing my experience with the Account Research agent which has helped us accelerate the way move opportunities. The Account Research Agent helps me to cut through our overwhelming amount of CRM data, providing me with the key customer details I need in under two minutes. This not only saves significant time but also empowers our team to confidently double or even triple my daily customer outreach, greatly expanding my opportunities.
The Account Research Agent saves our team an incredible amount of time, but the real value is how it elevates every conversation. I rely on it for every sales call and one-on-one, so we’re always walking into meetings prepared with real insights. It helps our national and commercial sales teams engage more thoughtfully and drives deeper, more productive discussions with customers. There is more information provided than we would typically find on our own, and understanding our prospects and partners’ businesses is essential in today’s competitive environment. We incorporated many of the Salesloft agents last year and saw a 54% increase in new customer acquisition, and firmly believe Agentic AI played a key role in this success! I am curious what other companies have seen as far as impact?

Hey Salesloft Champions, Sam Gorfti here again, a Senior Channel Health Engineer at Salesloft. In my last post, we broke down the pillars of email deliverability. Today, I want to apply that same framework to an equally important channel: the dialer. We’ve seen your questions about maximizing connect rates, navigating carrier networks, and avoiding the dreaded "Spam Likely" label. Just like with email, your phone number has a reputation that you build over time. Every call you make either strengthens or weakens it.Let's break down how you can build a stellar calling reputation and ensure your calls get answered. Pillar 1: Build Trust with CarriersBefore you can focus on call strategy, you need to establish your identity with the phone carriers (like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile). Their primary goal is to block fraudulent robocalls. Your goal is to prove you're a legitimate business making wanted calls.Register with Salesloft's Trust Hub: This is your single most important step. Trust Hub
Hey Salesloft Champions,I’m Sam Gorfti, a Senior Channel Health Engineer here at Salesloft, and I focus on ensuring our platform's email, dialer, and sms channels are as healthy and effective as possible. We’ve seen your questions and feedback about email deliverability, sender reputation, and how to maintain strong reply rates—and I’m excited to dive into that today.Think of email deliverability not as a single checkbox, but as a long-term reputation you build with inbox providers like Google and Microsoft. Every email you send is a vote for or against that reputation. Our goal is to make sure every vote is a positive one, turning your sends into valuable conversations. Here are the key pillars of strong email deliverability that will help you protect your reputation and boost engagement. Pillar 1: The Technical FoundationBefore you send a single email, you need the right credentials. Inbox providers want to verify that you are who you say you are. This is where your IT or Ops team com
You may have seen the headlines about Apple's new iOS update that screens calls from unknown numbers. When your job is to connect with people, any change to how the phone rings can feel like a new hurdle. But this new feature isn't the end of outbound calling. In fact, we see it as an opportunity for skilled sales professionals to stand out. It’s less of a roadblock and more of a new step in the process, one you can easily navigate with the right strategy. Here’s what you need to know and how Salesloft can help. What is iOS Call Screening? A Quick ExplainerWhen an iPhone user with this feature enabled gets a call from a number not in their contacts, here's what happens:An automated AI assistant answers first. It asks you for your name and the reason for your call. Your live response is instantly transcribed into text on the prospect's screen.Based on that real-time transcript, the prospect can choose to Answer your call, send you to Voicemail, or block the number. Think of it as a live,
How do I see if a permisssion/s settings for a role has changed in Salesloft and who made the change and when. Do we have visibility to that information. I did request an audit log but that did not capture anything related to the Role settings and permissions changes made. Any guidance will be helpful. I did create a case for the same.Regards, Vibha

Navigating the world of customer success can be challenging - and sometimes the best way to learn how to navigate through it is by learning from your peers. This September, we hosted an Ask Me Anything session on Strategies to Improve Account Health, a panel hosted by some of our most tenured and successful CSMs at Salesloft. I invited this team to answer your questions based on their own experience, and I am delighted to say that there were many strategies discussed that any CSM could learn from. There were so many key takeaways to choose from, but to give you a good idea of what they discussed, I’ve managed to narrow it down to 3 important takeaways that surfaced throughout this 1-hour session:Understand what success looks like to your customer - and never assume what you discussed previously is still the same today Make sure you’re getting in front us the right people and understanding the right goals - everyone’s time is valuable, so make sure you’re bringing them exactly what th
Last week, the Salesloft Customer Program team joined forces with our partner Heather Davis Lam, from Revenue Ops LLC, to chat through this very topic with us. Heather and her team help customers customers implement Salesloft all over the globe, including hosting sessions live at Saleslove events. These opportunities have helped her build relationships, learn new ways to support customers, and identify trends/patterns in how teams are using Salesloft. One pattern she identified over the years stems from the relationship between a marketing automation software, your CRM, and Salesloft. These platforms compliment each other, but ultimately serve different purposes - but not everyone fully understood this. When Heather and I set out to plan a webinar around this very common misconception, she suggested we chat through 3 important topics: defining Marketing Automation vs. Salesloft, understanding when the best times to use Salesloft are, and mapping out where Salesloft ultimately fits
Hi Everyone,I’m curious to learn how other companies are managing their renewals within Salesloft and Salesforce (cadencing Contacts with related Closed Won Opportunities). Specifically, I’m interested in understanding: Which module do you primarily use for tracking renewals? Are you handling this in the Deals module, or do you have a different setup? How do you integrate renewal processes between Salesloft and Salesforce? Do you have any automated workflows, or is this managed more manually? Any tips or best practices you could share? I’d love to hear about any strategies or tools that have been particularly effective for your team. Renewals are such a critical part of the business, and ensuring that we’re leveraging the right tools and processes is key to maintaining customer relationships and hitting our targets. Any insights or examples from your experience would be greatly appreciated!Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. Thanks, Janet

Hi! I’m Mark Tonsetic, Salesloft’s VP for Content and Customer/Partner Education. You can find ‘centers of excellence’ in nearly every industry, from aircraft design to healthcare to the performing arts. I’ve had the privilege of working with a few in the SaaS space. Why are they so prevalent? In a word, focus. A good center of excellence connects the dots between different specialties needed to deliver an outcome: say, a new aircraft, or ‘360-degree health.’ So should you have a Center of Excellence for Salesloft? We’d suggest the answer’s yes. To realize the full power of Salesloft as a revenue orchestration platform, you need to connect the dots (and expertise) between technology, content, data & insights, and enablement. Think of it like an operating model: you need to manage and govern your Salesloft roadmap and architecture, but to activate your roadmap, you need to develop the content strategy that supports your Cadences and Rhythm Plays. You need the data flows, buyer si
