In this article, we will highlight Salesloft's newest features and functionality.Feature Spotlight Rhythm & Cadence Channels & Conversations Platform, Data, & CRM DriftFeature SpotlightAccount Research Agent CustomizationThis enhancement provides granular control over the Account Research Agent to allow customers to create, manage, and scope the fields displayed in account research. This includes the ability to name fields, such as “Target Persona” or “Financial Performance” and provide detailed instructions to prompt the account research agent on how to accurately populate the research fields. In addition, you can even use Generative AI capabilities to create your own fields.Who: Account Research Agent Customization is available to admins in Salesloft.When: This feature is available and will be rolling out to users over the next few weeks.Where: Account Research Agent Customization is located in your Settings under the Artificial Intelligence Settings. Look for the Account Research Agent section and click Manage.How: See the Manage Research Agents article to learn how to add, edit, or delete custom research fields, and configure visibility rules for your team.AI Knowledge LibraryThe AI Knowledge Library is a centralized document repository in Salesloft where customers can upload their own content, such as sales playbook, product positioning, and brand messaging guidelines to help inform the platform’s generative AI. This results in outputs that are more accurate, relevant, and aligned with their brand.Who: The AI Knowledge Library is available to admins with the Manage: Knowledge Vault permission.When: This feature is available and will be rolling out to users over the next few weeks.Where: The AI Knowledge Library is located in your Settings under the AI Knowledge Library section.How: See the Manage the AI Knowledge Library article to learn how to add and manage your content.Person Research AgentThe Person Research Agent provides users with comprehensive, AI-driven research focused on individual people they are engaging or planning to engage. You can find details regarding a person's role, responsibilities, and even their pain points, allowing you to craft personalized outreach.Who: The Person Research Agent is available to Salesloft customers with the Account Agent Add-on. with the Generative Artificial Intelligence setting enabled by their admin.When: This feature is available and will be rolling out to users over the next few weeks.Where: The Person Research Agent is located on the Research tab of any Person Profile page.How: See the AI Person Research Agent article to learn more about the AI Person Research Agent.Ask Salesloft"Ask Salesloft" introduces an interactive chat experience directly inside Salesloft to help answer rep questions using information from Salesloft’s underlying data model. This AI agent can answer questions about people, accounts, opportunities, activity history, meetings, emails, and call recordings. "Ask Salesloft" will be available to use throughout the platform, and will include an “Analytics Interpreter” skill to help when viewing Salesloft Analytics reports.Who: Ask Salesloft is available to all Salesloft users.When: This feature is available and will be rolling out to users over the next few weeks.Where: Access Ask Salesloft from the new icon in the global navigation bar at the top of the Salesloft platform.How: See the Ask Salesloft: Your AI-Powered Sales Assistant article to learn more.Plays from CRM Custom Object SignalsSalesloft allows Salesforce customers on the Elite plan to import Custom Objects, suh as health scores or webinar attendance and use their data in No-Code Plays to trigger up-sell, renewal, or churn mitigation workflows. This feature provides a UI-based configuration experience similar to importing standard Salesforce objects, achieving the benefit of greater flexibility and personalization in automated workflows.Who: Plays from CRM Custom Object Signals are available to Salesloft customers on the Elite plan who use Salesforce as their CRM and have permissions to modify CRM Sync settings.When: This feature is generally available.Where: Plays from CRM Custom Object Signals can be found within the Object and field configuration section.How: To learn how to create custom objects for signals, check out the Create Plays from CRM Custom Object Signals article.Rhythm & CadenceDynamic Populating of CC/BCC with Account TeamsThis feature streamlines team selling and renewal processes by allowing account team members to be CC/BCCed on selling communications. This ensures that all designated team members are kept in the loop on critical customer interactions.Who: Dynamic Populating of CC/BCC with Account Teams is available to all Salesloft users.When: This feature is available and will be rolling out to users over the next few weeks.Where: Configure this in the CC/BCC field when creating or editing an email step in a Cadence.How: See the Automatically CC or BCC Stakeholders by Role in a Cadence article to learn more.Trigger Plays on Person ChangesThis feature introduces robust, no-code signal support for "Person Created" and "Person Updated" events. This means that automated workflows (Plays) can now be triggered based on the creation of new person records or specific updates to existing person records within Salesloft or integrated CRM systems.Who: Trigger Plays on Person Changes is available by default to Salesloft admin roles and users with the Plays: Manage permission.When: This feature is generally available.Where: Admins can manage these Plays from the Plays settings page (Settings>Workflow category>Plays). Users will see tasks generated by these Plays in their Rhythm Workflow.How: See the Person Created Play and Person Updated Play articles to learn more.Rhythm Header Analytics UpgradesThe header on the Rhythm page can now be customized to show metrics that are relevant to the user. The header can be turned off and on based on whether the user wants to see the view.Who: Rhythm Header Analytics Upgrades are available to all Salesloft users.When: This feature is generally available.Where: Can be found on the Rhythm home page, the default page when you log into Salesloft. To access the page click Salesloft in the top left corner or use the navigation menu by hovering over Workspace and clicking Rhythm).How: See the Edit Rhythm Header Layout article to learn how to customize or hide your Rhythm header.Channels & ConversationsConversations Recording Detail Page RedesignConversations Recording Detail Page Redesign introduces a new layout to help users review insights and take action on recorded calls.Who: Conversations Recording Detail Page Redesign is available to all Salesloft users.When: This feature is available and will be rolling out to users over the next few weeks.Where: Access the new Conversation Detail Page by navigation to Conversations (Activity tab>Conversations), and clicking the title of a recording.How: See the Salesloft Conversations product doc for a detailed walkthrough of the Conversation Detail Page.Conversations Recording EnhancementsConversation Detail Page Enhancements helps you better manage and share insights from your call recordings by providing new features for tracking engagement, sharing conversations, and updating participant details.Who: Conversations Recordings Enhancements are available to all Salesloft users who have access to the Conversations.When: This feature is available and will be rolling out to users over the next few weeks.Where: Located on the Conversations Recording Detail Page for any recorded conversation.How: Explore the Conversation Detail Page to see the new features in action. You'll find consolidated engagement stats, a new Copy Link option for sharing, and the ability to update external speaker participants.Custom CRM Fields when Booking a Meeting from SalesloftCustom CRM Fields when Booking a Meeting From Salesloft allows you to sync specific custom fields to your CRM while booking a meeting from Salesloft.Who: Custom CRM Fields when Booking a Meeting from Salesloft is available for all Salesloft users.When: This feature is generally available.Where: Custom CRM fields are visible in the calendar widget when creating an event and enabling Lofting.How: See the Log Custom CRM Fields for Events when Booking a Meeting article to learn more about logging custom CRM fields when booking a meeting from Salesloft.Platform, Data, & CRMMulti-team Enterprise ManagementThis advanced capability allows users to use one username across multiple tenants (Salesloft teams). This allows multiple teams to belong to a single enterprise (i.e., an organization) and also allows users to be in some but not all teams.Who: Multi-team Enterprise Management is available for Enterprise Users leveraging multiple instances.When: This feature is generally available.Where: Instances can be chosen after logging in with the Salesloft email address, and accessed via the Instance Switcher dropdown in the top right hand side of Salesloft.How: See the Switch your Salesloft Instance article to learn more.Mobile Caller ID CustomizationMobile Caller ID Customization allows you to display your verified personal cell phone number as the caller ID when making calls from the Salesloft mobile app.Who: Mobile Caller ID Customization will be available to all Salesloft mobile app users.When: This feature is generally available.Where: Configure your caller ID from the new Caller ID section within the Settings page of the Salesloft mobile app.How: See the Set Up Mobile Caller ID Customization article to learn more.Admin-Controlled SMS AccessAdmin-Controlled SMS Access allows you to enable or disable SMS for your team right from the Dialer admin portal.Who: Admin-Controlled SMS Access is available to all Salesloft Admins. Note: SMS can only be enabled for users after your organization's A2P 10DLC registration is complete in the Trust Hub.When: This feature will gradually roll out to users over the coming week.Where: Find these new controls in the user management section of the Dialer admin portal within your Team Settings.How: See the Manage SMS Access for Your Team article for more information.Colorblind ThemesColorblind Themes allows you to personalize your Salesloft experience by changing the appearance of your Salesloft instance.Who: Colorblind Themes are available to all Salesloft users.When: This feature will gradually roll out to users over the coming week.Where: Colorblind Themes are found within your personal Profile settingsHow: See the Setup Salesloft Appearance article to learn more about Colorblind Themes.Integration Re-authorization Re-authorize App Scope Changes gives you greater transparency and control over your data by showing you exactly what data an integration can access and prompting you to re-approve when an application requests new permissions.Who: Integration Reauthorization is available to all Salesloft users. Admins manage team-wide integrations, and individual users manage their personal app connections.When: This feature is generally available..Where: View permissions when first installing an app. After installation, admins can manage apps on the Settings > Integrations page, and individual users can manage their connections on their Settings > Profile > Connected Apps page.How: See the Re-Authorize Changes in Integration Scopes article for more information.DriftBionic Conversation Insights Dashboard EnhancementsThe Keywords Tab under Drift's Conversation Insights report provides insight to what your site visitors are talking about the most in live conversations and allows you to drill down into specific conversations to get more context.Who: Bionic Conversation Insights Dashboard Enhancements is available to Drift customers who have Bionic Chatbots enabled.When: This feature is generally available.Where: Keyword Reports can be found by navigating to Reports and then selecting Conversation Insights under the AI Performance section.How: See the Conversation Insights article to learn more.Content ResyncThe "Add sitemap" feature in the content library allows your content to be automatically re-synced on a daily basis. This ensures that any changes, additions, or deletions on your website are reflected in the content available to your Bionic chatbots and AI suggested replies, which improves the accuracy and relevance of your AI's responses.Who: Content Resync is available to Drift customers with Bionic Chatbots & AI Suggested Replies enabled.When: This feature is generally available.Where: Content Resync can be found by navigating to the Content Library and clicking Add Content.How: See the Content Library - Content Resync article to learn more.
