In this article, we will highlight Salesloft's newest features and functionality. We've grouped these releases into the following product areas:


Rhythm

Expanded Task Types in Plays

Task Type functionality has been expanded to include integration tasks, like sending LinkedIn InMail.

Who: This feature is available to all Salesloft users with an Essentials, Advanced or Premier license. Plays tasks can be added by a Salesloft Admin.

Where: Play Tasks can be created from the Play Settings. Once initiated, Plays will appear in the Rhythm Workflow.

Channels and Conversations

Admin Setting - Allow Users to Modify Sync Settings

Admins can control whether or not users can modify inbound/outbound sync for their own personal Email Activity sync preferences.

Who: This feature is available for users with the Essentials, Advanced, and Premier licenses.

Where: Admins can enable this feature within the Admin Email Settings page.

How: Admins can “Allow users to modify sync settings” via the Admin Email Settings > Email activity sync > checkbox for allowing modifications. Utilizing this feature (dis)allows individual users to enable or disable inbound/outbound sync.

Platform and CRM

Enhanced Account Management

We've improved Salesloft's Account Management settings page and backend logic to ensure that People are accurately linked with their corresponding CRM Account records, regardless of the domain value associated with those Accounts. If a Person's CRM Account ID is not populated, we no longer match People with free email domains to existing Accounts using fallback logic or create new Salesloft Accounts based on their email domain.

Who: This feature is available to all Salesloft users with an Essentials, Advanced or Premier license.

Where: Enhanced Account Management is found within the Account Management settings page.

Only Admins or users with Account Management permissions may update Account Management Settings.

Salesforce Campaign Sync

Link any Cadence in Salesloft to an active Campaign in Salesforce, create Campaign members and update Campaign member status with SFDC Campaign Sync.

Who: This feature is available to all Salesloft users with an Essentials, Advanced or Premier license.

Where: The Salesforce Campaign Sync is configured within Cadence settings.

Salesloft Chrome Extension

Global People Search & UI Enhancements

Quickly search for people from the extension header, along with other minor UI enhancements .

Who: This feature is available for users that have downloaded the Connect for Salesloft Chrome Extension. 

Where: The Global People Search bar is located at the top of the Connect for Salesloft Chrome Extension.

How: Click on the search bar at the top of the Connect for Salesloft Chrome Extension and type the name of the person you are searching for. Clicking on the search bar will show you your most recent searches.

New Partner Integrations

Equilar

Create Plays with Equilar executive transition signals to prompt sellers to follow up on crucial buyer activity at the most opportune moments.

Who: Customers with Salesloft and Equilar, must turn on the Equilar integration.

Where: Enable the integration in Equilar and create Plays in Salesloft.

Mutiny

Add a custom tracking parameter to links included in Salesloft emails to allow Mutiny to identify prospects that click through. After identifying your prospects, Mutiny will track all of their future website activity and alert you when they are on your site.

Who: Customers with Salesloft and Mutiny, must reach out to Mutiny Growth Strategist to enable.

Where: Enable in Salesloft Settings > Integrations.

CallHippo

Automatically log calls and SMS messages made through CallHippo in Salesloft.

Who: Customers with Salesloft and CallHippo, enable in CallHippo.

Where: Calls and SMS messages made in the Call Hippo extension will be logged in Salesloft.

Orum

New updates to the Orum integration share call recordings with Salesloft Conversations and allow reps to skip Salesloft tasks from the Orum app.

Who: Customers with Salesloft and Orum, contact your Orum CSM to share call recordings with Salesloft.

Where: Use Orum’s AI-powered sales dialer in the Orum app and automatically log activity and share recordings with Salesloft.
