Below is the definition of opens on this page https://help.salesloft.com/s/article/Salesloft-Analytics-FAQ?language=en_US#How_much_detail_can_I_see_in_Analytics. A few questions: Does this mean that if an email is sent to two email addresses at the same domain, and both email addresses open the email, only open is counted? ‘The number does not display the number of opens for a single email.’ I’m not following. What does this mean? What does Email Opens include?Email opens in analytics counts how the number of emails that have been opened at least once. The number does not display the number of opens for a single email. Emails opened by someone with the same domain are excluded from email counts.
Hi guys, has anyone had experience with pulling inbound calls from salesloft into a salesforce report? I want a report that shows which calls were inbound vs outbound.
Hi everyone,At my organization, we have a weekly KPI for our BDRs to add 5–10 net new accounts into sequence per AE. By net new, I mean accounts that aren’t currently active in any other sequence—essentially, fresh accounts being introduced into outbound efforts each week. We’re having a hard time figuring out how to track this in Salesloft. I’m aware of the “People Added” metric, which is great for tracking contacts, but I’m looking for the equivalent on the account level. The “Accounts Engaged” metric doesn’t quite help here, as it includes any accounts with activity, including those where BDRs are just following up with the sequence steps. We specifically want to measure whether BDRs are consistently replenishing their outreach pipeline with new targets. This feels like a pretty fundamental KPI. Am I missing something obvious? Or has anyone figured out a good workaround? Thanks in advance!
Hey there, I’m looking to see if there’s any way to access and export the sales calls and recordings outside of Conversations Insights. While there are some insights available in Conversations Insights, I’m looking for more specific trends, specifically, frequently asked questions. I’m guessing it’s not possible within Salesloft, but would love to be able to export, upload to my own LLM and then extract FAQs, recurring topics, etc. Has anyone had success in something like this?
We’re interested in separating out activities from the analytics dashboard based on the account type. We deal with both end user customers and partners - and would like to be able to focus on each separately. Is there a method to do this within the Analytics section, or a workaround? If not, could we add this as an enhancement suggestion?Brian
Hi-I notice when I click on an email within my inbox I receive a notification stating the account just opened the email I sent. Is there a way to only receive those notifications when the intended account opens the email only? Thanks in advance.
I create Cadences and BDR work on those cadences but I am not able to pull those salesloft analytics within salesforce by creating reports there. As my salesloft instance perfectly syncing with salesforce and fields were mapped also .
Is there a way to identify specific emails within a cadence where the BDR has personalized the content? Is it possible to determine which step in the cadence has been personalized the most? How does the snippets reporting work? e.g. if we want snippets to be factored as personalization, is there a way to show that usage by individual user?

Activity Tracking for Replies: When we respond to a prospect’s email, it doesn't register as an email activity in the tracking dashboard. Could you clarify why this is happening?
Sara here, Enterprise Customer Manager going on 4 years here at Salesloft. Leveraging Salesloft analytics effectively can provide valuable insights into prospect engagement, campaign effectiveness, and team productivity. However, making the most out of these analytics requires understanding what metrics to focus on and how to apply the insights to drive success. Recently we updated our in-app analytics moving to something our team calls the Analytics Hub. One of the many changes the team made was that there are no more resetting filters every time you open a new report. Your date and user filters remain set across all reports. One of the tabs I like to focus on when speaking with customers is called Content Performance - This helps teams understand how specific content is performing with prospects. It answers questions about Cadences, Plays, and email templates. Other tips I like to share are:Edit Columns - so you can easily see the data that’s most important to you and your team In
