We’re interested in separating out activities from the analytics dashboard based on the account type. We deal with both end user customers and partners - and would like to be able to focus on each separately.
Is there a method to do this within the Analytics section, or a workaround? If not, could we add this as an enhancement suggestion?

Hey Brian,
Great question! If you are using different team cadences for partners & end user customers I would recommend using the Prospecting Results dashboard and leverage the team cadence metrics to review account activity.
Otherwise I would leverage our SFDC Insights Dashboard. If you have any fields that distinguishes a partner vs end user customers you could add that field to the dashboards to filter on account activity.

Yes, while we can re-create the Account Activity, Productivity and Positive Replies widgets within Salesforce to remove the noise created by mixing partner and account communications, it’s easier [on us at least :0) ] if that is provided by Salesloft via a filter in the Analytics section.
As an example, of the top 5 accounts shown in our Account Productivity widget, 3 are partner accounts. This:
Skews the data
Hides actual account prospecting productivity
Note: we have Salesloft, Salesforce and Outlook interconnected, so emails to the partners show up in the activities summary.
