- Is there a way to identify specific emails within a cadence where the BDR has personalized the content?
- Answer: Try navigating to Content Performance → Templates Tab → Edit Filters Based on Rep(s) and Date Range. There are few options from here. In the top box you can change the option in the dropdown to Avg. Personalization and if you scroll to the bottom you can adjust columns and “Display By”
- Is it possible to determine which step in the cadence has been personalized the most?

- How does the snippets reporting work? e.g. if we want snippets to be factored as personalization, is there a way to show that usage by individual user?
- Answer: We don’t currently have reporting for Snippets. You can see most used Snippets by going to Content → Snippets → For either Team/Person adjust Filters and Used Columns.
