Hey there,

I’m looking to see if there’s any way to access and export the sales calls and recordings outside of Conversations Insights. While there are some insights available in Conversations Insights, I’m looking for more specific trends, specifically, frequently asked questions.

I’m guessing it’s not possible within Salesloft, but would love to be able to export, upload to my own LLM and then extract FAQs, recurring topics, etc.

Has anyone had success in something like this?

Hi David - Thanks for your question!

Currently, Salesloft does not provide a direct feature to bulk export all call recordings or analyze trends like FAQs within the platform itself. However, there are workarounds that can help you achieve your goal of exporting and analyzing call data for deeper insights:

1. Export Call Recordings via API

  • You can use the Salesloft API to access and retrieve all recording URLs. This allows you to programmatically fetch the recordings and associated metadata. For more details, refer to the Salesloft API documentation.

2. Third-Party Integrations

  • CallAI by Mindtickle: If you’re open to third-party integrations, Mindtickle’s CallAI integrates with Salesloft to analyze calls for customer insights and coaching opportunities. It provides conversational insights and allows you to collaborate on notes and trends. For more details, visit the CallAI by Mindtickle integration page.

3. Salesloft Conversations Features

  • While Salesloft Conversations itself doesn’t directly export FAQs, it does provide tools to analyze trends within calls:Trackers: You can set up custom trackers to identify frequently mentioned keywords or topics across recordings.
  • Transcriptions: Salesloft Conversations automatically transcribes calls, which can be exported and analyzed further.
  • Key Moments and Action Items: These features highlight important parts of conversations, which might help identify recurring themes.

Next Steps

Let me know if you need further guidance!
