Account Research Agent

The account research agent leverages AI to automate the gathering and synthesizing of information about accounts from various sources, aiding in sales personalization and prospecting. It streamlines the research process for sales representatives by summarizing and surfacing company info, engagement history, and additional sales context.

Availability: The latest release is available. Contact your account team to initiate the enablement process.

Who: The Account Research Agent is available as part of the Account Agent add on.

Where: The Account Research Agent can be found on the Account and Person Profile pages within Salesloft.

Buyer Identification Agent

The buyer identification agent pinpoints the most relevant contacts within your accounts. On its own, Salesloft will recommend contacts already in Salesloft based on activity history and buyer persona. With Zoominfo, the buyer identification agent leverages the power of ZoomInfo's Buying Committee data to recommend contacts that are not yet in Salesloft/CRM.

Availability: The latest release is available. Contact your account team to initiate the enablement process.

Who: The buyer identification agent is available as part of the Account Agent add on.

Where: The buyer identification agent can be found on Account Profile pages within Salesloft.

Account Research Agent Supports AI Email Steps for Cadences

AI Emails for Cadences use generative AI to craft messages that are personalized  based on the buyer role, company, and findings from the Account Research Agent for each email sent.

Availability: The latest release is available. Contact your account team to initiate the enablement process.

Who: AI Emails for Cadences are available to all Salesloft users. For customers with the Account Agent add-on, the AI-generated email will use information from the Account Research Agent. 

Where: AI Email Steps for Cadences is located within cadence email step creation and when you run cadence email steps.

AI Emails For Plays

AI emails for plays use generative AI to craft messages that are personalized based on the incoming signal, buyer role, company, and findings from the Account Research Agent* for each email sent. To ensure the most up-to-date context is used, the email is generated at the time of initiating a task. The rep can then choose to send as-is, tweak the wording, or start from scratch to create a fully customized email.

Availability: This release is available.

Who: AI emails for plays are available to all Salesloft users. 
*For customers with the Account Agent add-on, the AI-generated email will use information from the Account Research Agent.

No-Code Plays

No-code plays allow you to create signals from any account or opportunity update, enabling you to automate workflows and unlock data from other business systems without custom APIs. No-code Plays consist of the following features:

  • New signals for plays: Create plays from account or opportunity update signals, unlocking more flexibility to create custom plays based on the relevant buying signals for your business. 
  • Additional criteria for plays: Introduces many new options for play criteria across Salesloft objects like meetings, accounts, people, opportunities, and user fields.
  • Signals from custom objects: Connect custom Salesforce objects to Salesloft to create play signals. 

Availability: The latest release is available. Contact your account team to initiate the enablement process.

Who: No-code plays are available for all Salesloft users. Signals from custom objects are available for customers with the Elite package (contact your account representative for more information). 

Where: No-code plays are located within Play creation.

iPaaS Integrations with Workato, Tray, and Zapier

iPaaS integrations with Workato, Tray, and Zapier allow you to sync any data source to Salesloft person, account, and opportunity fields via these iPaaS partners. In addition, templates have been introduced within Workato, Tray, and Zapier to help you easily configure iPaaS > Salesloft automations. When used with no-code plays, iPaaS integrations enable you to unlock signal-to-action workflows from any data source in your tech stack. 

Availability: This release is available.

Who: iPaaS integrations with Workato, Tray, and Zapier are available for all Salesloft users but you must also be a customer of either Workato, Tray, or Zapier.

Where: iPaaS workflows are created in the iPaaS application itself.

Deal Summary Agent

The Deal Summary Agent quickly builds easily digestible updates on the status of a deal, recent activity, and next steps in order to align internal stakeholders on the selling team. This agent also creates recommended next steps based on this information to help drive a deal toward close.

The Conversations MEDDPICC extraction agent also automatically pulls out insights from conversations and populates them into the methodology section of the deal summary to drive deal alignment and raise deal risks to sales leadership.

Availability: The latest release is available. Contact your account team to initiate the enablement process.

Who: The deal summary agent is available to teams that have enabled the Generative artificial Intelligence Setting.

Where: The deal summary agent can be found by navigating to a Deal and clicking on the Summary tab.

Auto-Record for Zoom Meetings

Auto-record for Zoom meetings allows you to automatically record all Zoom meetings, without having to remember to click a single button.

Availability: This feature will gradually roll out to users over the coming week.

Who: Auto-recording for Zoom meetings is available for Salesloft users with the Zoom API integration enabled.

Where: Auto-record for Zoom meetings is found within Conversations.

New Conversations Reports

New Conversations reports introduces the Conversations tab within Salesloft Analytics to provide a better way to analyze user activity in Conversations, including reports on tracker trends, Conversations recording/adoption, Conversations scorecards, and most viewed Conversations.

Availability: This feature will gradually roll out to users over the coming week.

Who: New Conversations reports are available for all Salesloft users.

Where: New Conversations reports are found by clicking on the Conversations Insights section of the Analytics dropdown.

Recording Error Alerts for Upcoming Conversations

Recording error alerts for upcoming Conversations adds error messages to the “Upcoming” tab to inform you about any issues that may prevent meetings from being recorded or processed.

Analytics Interpreter Agent

The Analytics Interpreter Agent acts as a translator for the reports in Salesloft Analytics, using AI algorithms to analyze the data within Salesloft Analytics reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations tailored to the user's specific goals and context.

Availability: This feature will gradually roll out to users over the coming week.

Who: The analytics interpreter agent is available to all Salesloft users.

Where: The analytics interpreter agent is located within Salesloft Analytics and Coaching.

Rhythm & Cadence

Cadence Enrollment Rules

Cadence Enrollment Rules allows administrators to control how many cadences a prospect can be enrolled in at the same time.

Availability: This feature will gradually roll out to users over the coming week.

Who: Cadence Enrollment Rules is available for the standard Salesloft admin role and users with the Override Cadence Enrollment Restrictions permission enabled.

Where: Cadence Enrollment Rules are located within Cadence and Task settings.

CC/BCC Enhancements for Cadence Emails

CC/BCC Enhancements for Cadence Emails introduces the ability to CC/BCC recipients on Cadence Email Steps.

Availability: This feature will gradually roll out to users over the coming week.

Who: CC/BCC Enhancements for Cadence Emails is available for all Salesloft users.

Where: CC/BCC Enhancements for Cadence Emails is located within the email composer window while creating a Cadence Email Step.

Dialer: Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension Background Dialer

The Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension Background Dialer allows users to accept inbound calls without needing to have the dialer window open, streamlining the process. In addition, Salesloft dialer users no longer need to press "Open Dialer" when logging into the extension.

Availability: This release is available.

Who: Salesloft Extension Background Dialer is available to Salesloft Dialer users who have downloaded the Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension. 

Where: Salesloft Extension Background Dialer is available within the Salesloft Connect Chrome extension. The Extension Dialer opens as a new Chrome window.

Dialer: Use Groups to Manage Dispositions and Sentiments

Use Groups to Manage Dispositions and Sentiments allows Salesloft admins to control the dispositions and sentiments that Dialer users see by assigning them to specific groups.

Who: This feature is available for all Salesloft users. Dispositions and Sentiments are managed and assigned by Salesloft admins. 

Where: Groups to Manage Dispositions and Sentiments is configured within Disposition and Sentiment settings.

Required Fields for Person Records & Enhanced Workflow for Linking Person Records

Required Fields for Person Records improves the linking and creation of Person records with Lead or Contact records. This allows users to select which Lead or Contact record to associate a Person record with, create new Lead or Contact records from an unlinked Person record in Salesloft, understand which People are linked or unlinked, and mark fields as required.

Availability: This release is available.

Who: Required Fields for Person Records is available for all Salesloft users.

Where: Required Fields for Person Records are located on Person records. The records are managed from the Person Field Configuration.

On-Demand (Manual) CRM Sync

The On Demand CRM Sync feature allows Salesloft Admins to easily start an inbound sync from their connected CRM to Salesloft.

Availability: This release is available.

Who: On-Demand (Manual) CRM Sync is available for Salesloft admins.

Where: On-Demand (Manual) CRM Sync is located within Sync Management settings.

Mobile: Person Profile - Quick Action Buttons

The Person page in Salesloft Mobile has been redesigned to improve efficiency by adding quick action buttons, informative tags, and enhanced relevant details.

Where: Person Profile - Quick Action Buttons are located on the Person Profile Pages within the Salesloft mobile app.

Content Classification for Bionic Chatbots

Content Classification for Bionic Chatbots allows for the sharing of specific content to a specific audience based on the site or page they are visiting.

Who: Content Classification for Bionic Chatbots is available for Drift customers with Bionic Chatbots.

Where: Content Classification for Bionic Chatbots are located within the Content Library.
