Rhythm
Review Scorecards in Rhythm
Users can request conversation reviews, which generates an action in Rhythm for the reviewer, helping sales managers to more efficiently coach their reps.
Who: This feature is available to all Salesloft users with an Advance or Premium license.
Where: Reviewing Scorecards actions are initiated from the Conversation Detail Page. Scorecards in Rhythm appear in your Rhythm Focus Zone and the Rhythm Side Bar.
How: Users can request a scorecard review from the Conversation Detail Page which will create a Review Scorecard task for the reviewer in their Rhythm Focus Zone and their Rhythm Side Bar.
“Add Person to a Cadence” Task Type for Plays
Create Plays that prompt the user to add a Person to a Cadence in response to a signal.
Who: This feature is available to Salesloft users with the ability to create Plays.
Where: Plays are created from the Discover Plays page by navigating to Team Settings > Workflow > Plays > Discover Plays.
How: Learn more about creating Plays.
Drift Plays
Create Plays triggered by Drift high buyer intent signals to help sellers convert leads. Drift Plays can recommend AI-generated email copy for the seller follow up that includes context from Drift chat and website interactions. Drift Plays are prioritized for the seller in the Rhythm Focus Zone.
Who: Customers with Salesloft and Drift must turn on the Drift integration.
Where: Enable the integration in Drift and create Plays in Salesloft.
How: Learn more about how to enable Drift Plays.
Channels and Conversations
Extending Conversations Key Moments
View Conversations Key Moments are available Conversations Navigator and inside the “Your Conversation is Ready” email template.
Who: Conversations Key Moments is available to all Salesloft users with Advanced or Premier licenses.
Where: Conversations Key Moments can be found in the Conversations Navigator and inside the “Your Conversation is Ready” email template in addition to the Recap tab of the Conversation Details page.
How: Learn more on how to Identify Key Moments in your Conversations.
Things to note: Key Moments are generated with artificial intelligence models provided by Microsoft Corporation and AWS.
Auto Attribution in the “To” field for Activity Sync
Additional recipients in the “To:” and “CC:” field are attributed to email activity in Salesloft.
Who: This feature is automatically available to all users.
Where: Email To: field and CC: field.
How: When multiple people are found in the “To” and “CC” fields, Salesloft will attribute the email activity to each Person included in the email.
Things to Notes:
- The first person in the "To:" field must be a Salesloft Person record.
- Including multiple people in the To: field is available in Gmail and Outlook.
Platform and CRM
Analytics Hub
Analytics Hub is a new analytics experience that acts as a one stop shop for all of your revenue intelligence needs.
Who: Analytics Hub is available to all Salesloft users. Analytics Hub is currently in feature preview and can be turned off during the review period.
Where: When enabled, Analytics Hub can be accessed from the “Analytics” item in the menu bar at the top of the platform.

Chrome Extension Enhancements
- Custom Fields Alphabetical Sort: Person detail information is now sorted alphabetically on the Person tab in the extension sidebar.
- People Scroll Behavior: Information above the tabs for Contacts, Cadences, Activity and Notes now locks to allow scrolling while keeping information in place.
Who: Chrome Extension Enhancements are available for Salesloft users using the Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension.
How: Update the Salesloft Connect Chrome extension.
New Partner Integrations

Create Plays that prompt seller follow-up based on buyer engagement with your digital sales rooms.
Who: Customers with Salesloft and trumpet, must turn on the trumpet integration.
Where: Enable the integration in trumpet and create Plays in Salesloft.
