In this article, we will highlight Salesloft's newest features and functionality. We've grouped these releases into the following product areas:
Rhythm & Cadence
Required Fields on Person and Account Records
The ability to make Person fields required when creating a record, updating a record, or creating a Lead or Contact in the CRM.
Who: Required Fields must be set up by a team admin. Required Fields on Person and Account pages are available to all Salesloft users.
Where: Salesloft Admins can configure required fields in admin settings (Field Configuration.) Non admin users can see required fields within the workflow for person creation form in-app and in the Salesloft Chrome Extension.

Cadence Focus Zone in Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension
The Cadence experience in Salesloft Connect now mirrors the Focus Zones you use in the web application. Navigate between the Rhythm and new Cadence Focus Zones in the Salesloft Chrome Extension to execute your due activities.
Who: Available to Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension users.
Where: Cadence Focus Zone is available in the Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension.
How: Instead of the Cadence icon in the Chrome extension side panel, users will go to Rhythm workflow to run Cadence steps. They can also select the Cadence Focus Zone from the dropdown menu to focus on executing only Cadence steps. To learn more, check out the Run Cadence Steps in Rhythm Sidebar article.

Refreshed Plays View
The Plays settings page features an improved Play list view as well as other visual enhancements.
Who: Plays are available to Salesloft users with permissions to create and manage Plays.
Where: Plays can be found on the Plays settings page.

Channels & Conversations
Bulk Authentication for Zoom
Bulk Authentication speeds up the configuration process and the added user table makes managing users easier than ever.
Who: Bulk Authentication for Zoom is configured by Salesloft Admins.
Where: Bulk Authentication for Zoom can be found in the Zoom settings.

Microsoft Teams Auto-record
Microsoft Teams auto-record automatically records Teams meetings,increasing your recording capture rate.
Who: Microsoft Teams auto-record is available for Salesloft users that have Microsoft teams connected.
Where: Auto-record will start automatically with this release.

Improved Conversations Reliability
Back-end updates to conversations that provide customers with more reliable meeting states.
Who: All Salesloft users
Where: Improved Conversations Reliability will start automatically with this release.

New Transcript Languages
Chinese, Japanese, and Korean have been added as supported languages to Conversations Transcripts.
Who: All Salesloft users.

Manage recording permissions in bulk from Conversations Admin Settings
Manage recording permissions in bulk with a new toggle option, now located in the create recordings section of the Conversation Settings.
Who: Conversations settings are available to all Salesloft administrators.
Where: Create Recordings Migration is located in the Conversations Admin Settings page.
How: Navigate to the Conversations settings page to enable or disable recording permissions for your users. To learn more, check out the Manage Conversations article.
Platform, Data, & CRM
Account Team Sync
Automatically sync your team members as user relationships in Salesloft without creating new Salesforce fields. The synced team members can then be used in account filtering and to assign tasks in automation rules and Plays.
Who: Account Team Sync is available to Salesloft users that use Salesforce as their CRM.
Where: Account Team Sync is configured in CRM settings. User relationships are viewed on an accounts profile page.

Missed Calls in the Activity Feed
Missed Calls are shown in the Activity Feed.
Who: Available for all Salesloft users.
Where: Available in the Salesloft Activity Feed which can be found in-app on the Person Profile Page.
How: When a missed call is received, the event is logged as an activity that can be viewed on the profile of the prospect that made the phone call if they exist in Salesloft. Check out Logged Activities Inside the Activity Feeds for more information.
Group Management Enhancements
The Groups settings page has a new design that introduces a number of visual enhancements for a more streamlined experience.
Who: Group Management is available for all Saleloft users with the manage teams permission.
Where: Group Management is located on the Groups settings page.

Required Fields Supported for Record Creation in Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension
The Salesloft Connect Chrome extension now supports required fields when linking a Salesloft Person record to a Lead or Contact in the CRM, helping improve data integrity and the overall synchronization experience.
Who: Required Fields for Record Creation is available to all Salesloft users utilizing the Salesloft Chrome Extension.

Drift
Bionic Guided Testing and Training Enhancements
We’re introducing several enhancements to the Drift Bionic Chatbot training page to improve the usability and outputs generated by testing and training workflows. These updates include:
- Adding search input
- Adding topic classifiers
- Add Scenarios section to the testing page
- Opening message inspector as soon as the bot responds
- Adding a link to edit scenarios in the message inspector.

Vertex verification workflow
We’re improving the user experience for the domain verification process in Drift by providing clear, in-context guidance directly within the Drift Content Library. Our improved Vertex Verification Workflow offers step-by-step instructions for domain ownership verification and association requests, providing real-time status updates reflecting the customer's current step in the indexing process and adding banners with step-by-step instructions to improve clarity and time to value for Bionic Chatbots.
