This September, we hosted an Ask Me Anything session on Strategies to Improve Account Health, a panel hosted by some of our most tenured and successful CSMs at Salesloft. I invited this team to answer your questions based on their own experience, and I am delighted to say that there were many strategies discussed that any CSM could learn from.
There were so many key takeaways to choose from, but to give you a good idea of what they discussed, I’ve managed to narrow it down to 3 important takeaways that surfaced throughout this 1-hour session:
- Understand what success looks like to your customer - and never assume what you discussed previously is still the same today
- Make sure you’re getting in front us the right people and understanding the right goals - everyone’s time is valuable, so make sure you’re bringing them exactly what they want / need to see
- Never forget the human element - be invested in the people, not just the business
