I’m not new to SalesLoft, but I am newer to this community. I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the communication from SalesLoft over the past week and a half regarding the security concerns with Drift. While no one enjoys receiving that kind of news initially, I’ve felt incredibly supported by their team, including direct outreach from our AEs.
We’re currently working to restore full functionality—syncing, person records, activities, etc.—and I’m posting here to seek insights from other SalesLoft admins. If you have any tips or best practices for auditing data to close potential gaps, or examples of how you're communicating updates to your sales teams and leadership, I’d love to hear them.
