Q: After the security incident a few weeks ago, I am worried my data or my customers’ data is at risk. What assurances or guarantees can you provide regarding the security of this new company?
A: We completely understand your concern. Following the incident, Salesloft engaged Mandiant to investigate, contain, and validate remediation efforts in the Drift environment. Mandiant confirmed the issue was fully contained. In addition to the Drift investigation, Salesloft proactively had Mandiant investigate Salesloft’s environment to ensure there were no risks or vulnerabilities there. On the Clari side, we recently completed an independent security review with GuidePoint Security to validate Clari’s authentication and integration controls. This proactive review found no critical risks or vulnerabilities that would expose Clari or our customers. The assessment validated Clari’s strong foundational security practices. Both Clari and Salesloft maintain enterprise-grade security programs, with SOC 2 Type II certifications, continuous third-party assessments, and strict data governance. The combination of our companies strengthens our overall security posture—your data remains safe, governed, and continuously monitored.

Q: Will I be forced to migrate off any specific product to another (e.g. Groove to Salesloft)? If so, how much will that cost?
A: We don’t have any current plans for required migrations from one solution to the other. Long term, we are working on a joint roadmap that will likely combine the best of both company’s capabilities, but if there are any product changes or migration needs, they will be communicated well in advance.

A: We’re hosting an initial webinar on December 10th for our joint vision. As for the joint roadmap, now that the merger has closed, our teams are busy working on this now and we will have more to share as we kick off 2026!
Q: What does this merger mean for the future of my existing platform? Will it be sunsetted?
A: Our long-term vision is one company, one platform. As we bring the platforms together over the coming years, we will focus on the functionality that is best for our customers and your needs. We will also communicate any and all updates well in advance of any changes to the platforms. All that said, we are planning to continue to support customers exactly where they are today.
Q: How will this affect my current integrations with other systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong)?
A: This merger won’t impact any of your current integrations. We are committed to an open ecosystem.

Q: How will the merger impact the Drift platform?
A: Drift is fully operational and secure. After the recent security incident, we took important steps to protect our customers and systems. This included rotating OAuth tokens, employee credentials, and other application secrets; improving logging and monitoring; upgrading authentication for privileged users; and tightening access controls.
Drift remains a key part of our combined company. Together, we are creating the first end-to-end AI revenue engine that connects engagement, execution, and forecasting. Drift innovation is a priority and we will share updates on its roadmap as they become available.
Q: I’m currently in onboarding/implementation. Will my onboarding plan or schedule change?
A: No. While we are excited to build deep integrations between the Salesloft and Clari platforms in the quarters to come, it does not change our current deployment and onboarding approach.
