We are looking for a report that can be scheduled on a weekly basis:

The report only returns data for records marked as Do not contact for the current week

The report should be scheduled

If possible the report should have date and time stamp of when the person was marked as “Do not contact”

Currently the export option does not allow one to filter to date and time stamp of when record was set to Do Not Contact and one has to export all the data every time.

I think we need to go the API route but will need some help to achieve this.

Hoping the team here can help.

Vibha Bhatia

Hi Vibha, thank you for your question!

Currently, Salesloft does not have a direct feature where you can create a scheduled report for Do Not Contact visibility. However, if you’re connected to Salesforce, I recommend mapping contact restriction fields (Do Not Contact) to your CRM. You can then create scheduled reports directly from there.

However, if you are currently not connected to a CRM, contact restriction reports are available via the API. Here is a link to the developers page for guidance on this.

Our recommendation would be to save a view from the People tab in Salesloft, including the filters:

  • status = Do Not Contact
  • Cadence = X
  • Last updated

You can then save this report and review / export on a weekly basis. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at success@salesloft.com for any other questions.

Thank you!
