Using a single cadence to reach to both registered v. attendees in a webinar follow-up cadence?

Has anyone implemented a single team cadence for a post-webinar follow up for both registered and actual attendees? We’d like to provide different messaging to each group on the first step. I was looking at leaving the email step blank and offering two templates for our reps to insert, depending on the lead. Any other ideas?

Hey @silverolive

Sara here, one of the Salesloft CSMs. So while this isn’t possible to do within the same cadences, I would recommend the following:

Create 2 Cadences: Attended + Not Attended

Import the report(s) from SFDC to Salesloft https://help.salesloft.com/s/article/Imports-from-Salesforce?language=en_US

You can also link these Cadences back to the each respective Campaign in SF:

https://help.salesloft.com/s/article/Salesforce-Campaign-Sync?language=en_US

Then add to respective Cadence. Is there anything different with who is assigned to this task or should it be the Contact owner. There is another process I can suggest if the Assignee needs to be a different person on the team.

Hope this helps!
