In the past 30 days we’ve had about 171 incomplete Zoom Recordings. I’ve surfaced this 2X in Salesloft office hours but with no resolve to our issues and am curious if other admins have found tips to prevent issues. 

From what I can see, Zoom settings are enabled, Calendar syncs are on, Video Conferencing is on, but we are still seeing incomplete calls.

Thank you so much for flagging this! In Conversations, if you navigate to the “incomplete tab” you will be able to see the reasoning behind this. Typically, it is because the meeting was not recorded. 

When leveraging zoom, users have two options:

  1. Enable Automatic Recording (or)
  2. Manually press record each time they have a call. 

I’d recommend all users having automatic recording enabled, and clicking “turn off recording” for those calls they don’t want to be recorded.  

If this still persist’s, I’d recommend creating a support ticket and they will be able to investigate & resolve this for you.
