Will the articles from community.drift.com migrate over to this hub? A coworker wanted to share a discussion post with me related to "IntegrationRequest failed and no fallback available" failures in Drift that she found last week, but I get redirected to the Champions Hub homepage when I click the link and nothing pops up when I search "IntegrationRequest”. I’m not in desperate need of the info in the discussion, but it did bring up this point that I’m curious about.

Set person field to match account field on linking

When I have an account linked to CRM, the account pulls in the “Industry” field.I want everyone who gets linked to an account to get that data copied on to the person record.I only want to use Salesloft to do this. Lets get creative. Example.Person A gets created in Salesloft and associated to an account based on email domain.When person gets linked to account based on that rule, fill in the person industry with the account industry.

When managing accounts, there are times when you need to quickly send a one-off email to multiple stakeholders—whether it's to introduce yourself as a new rep or provide a timely update. A 1-step cadence can help you to send personalized one-off emails (bulk send) to multiple people simultaneously. This ensures everyone receives a tailored message without compromising on time or effort. Here’s how you can create a 1-step cadence for sending one-off bulk emails:Create a new cadence and name it.  We recommend giving your cadence a name that reflects its purpose. For example, you could name it “Quick Update.” Add an Email Step to the Cadence.  Since this is a 1-step cadence, you'll only need to create one action. This step will serve as the core of your cadence—an email step where you introduce yourself to stakeholders. Compose your Email In the email composition window, compose a personalized email. Zoom Phone Customer Reference

Hi Champions 👋🏼 Are you leveraging Salesloft’s Zoom Phone integration for a global team? If so, I’d love to hear from you in the comments. What has your experience been? How to download CRM logs?

Something triggered an unknown-to-me automation rule and removed several contacts from their cadences. Can I download the CRM logs from that date to figure out which ones were affected?

Hi everyone,My name is Gabe, and I'm an engineer here at Salesloft focused on our email channel. I want to address a concern among our users about potential changes to the Google email platform that might affect tracking pixels used to determine if someone opened an email.To put your mind at ease, we haven't seen any evidence of Google blocking tracking pixels by default. However, what we have observed is that images can be blocked when emails are detected as spam due to domain reputation or email content. But here's the good news: if you're following Salesloft's email best practices, it's unlikely that your prospects will ever see this sort of spam banner message. If you want to know more about how to avoid these issues and ensure your emails are delivered successfully, I recommend checking out our email deliverability best practices guide.

Hi team! I work in athletics and sell 12 different sports, which leads to using a lot of candences. I’m curious about people's favorite automation rules they have in their one-off cadences With all the different leads and sports we also have the ability to lose leads once they leave the cadence. I’m also interested in hearing about people's favorite automation rules and how it has helped them to move people from cadence to cadence to keep in contact with people. Automations have been a life saver for me with disposition and sentiment, but that is the real extent that I have used them thus far.  Thanks!
