Account Agents
Sell smarter to close faster. Salesloft's account research agent and buyer identification agent handle time-consuming account research and lead generation so you can focus on connecting and closing.

Setup
Update AI settings
To improve AI response quality, update the Company Summary in Artificial Intelligence settings. This will help contextualize your account research and inform generative AI emails.
1. Navigate to Settings and scroll down to the Data section.
2. Click Artificial Intelligence.
3. Click Edit in the Company Summary section.
ZoomInfo customers: connect integration
The buyer identification agent requires a ZoomInfo integration to recommend contacts not currently in your Salesloft instance. This integration is enabled separately from the standard "ZoomInfo" integration.
1. Navigate to Settings and click Integrations.
2. Click the Discover Apps tab, locate ZoomInfo - Recommended Buyers, and click Install. This will open a pop-up window that will prompt you to log in to ZoomInfo.
3. Log in with your ZoomInfo credentials.
4. Once you log in you will be redirected back to Salesloft and a success message will appear indicating that the integration was successful.
