Hey Champions!

Welcome to the first Sideline Strategy of 2026!! We’re excited to continue sharing our latest tips and tricks to help you level-up in Salesloft. 🎉

This week Senior CSM, @LeahFraser, is here to talk you through a few of our new AI features to use while building your Cadences to help you boost your personalization in your emails

Watch Leah’s ~10 minute walk through video below and make sure to ask any questions in the comments! 👇🏼

Cadence purpose:

The purpose of this cadence is high-level strategic engagement with C-suite and VP-level executives at Enterprise organizations. The goal is to initiate a peer-to-peer business conversation focused on [Insert your primary value prop, e.g., digital transformation or operational efficiency]. Avoid transactional language, 'checking in,' or feature-dumping. The AI should prioritize brevity, authority, and industry-specific insights that align with an executive’s focus on growth, risk, and bottom-line impact.

Email Prompt:

Hook: Start with a reference to a likely high-level priority for their industry (e.g., [Industry Trend]).

Value: Pivot to how we help organizations like [Company] solve [Specific Pain Point] to drive [Specific Outcome].

Tone: Professional, confident, and direct.

CTA: Suggest an 'exchange of ideas' or a 'brief introduction' rather than a hard demo request.

Constraint: Keep the entire email under 75 words. No fluff.

Call Prompt:

Generate a strategic call script and talking points for an introductory call with an Executive.

  • The Opener: Acknowledge their time and lead with a 'Point of View' regarding [Industry Challenge].
  • The 'So What?': Briefly state the quantified impact we’ve had on similar companies (e.g., 'We helped [Competitor/Peer] reduce X by Y%').
  • Discovery Question: Provide one 'Executive-level' question that focuses on their 6-12 month strategic goals.

Objection Handling:

Include a brief response for the 'I'm too busy' or 'Not a priority right now' objection that pivots back to long-term value.

Thanks for watching!
