🧠❓What's your strategy for auditing and retiring old or underperforming Cadences and Templates?

We just did a cadence archive task.

  1. Asked users & managers to review their own & team cadences and archive anything they no longer want. Tag a few super users in a Slack post in our Salesloft community channel and we received good response.
  2. We exported remaining cadences - reviewed for last activity, date created, last updated, owner, active people, total people. We have cadences that can be seasonal so we don’t want to be too restrictive with timeframe in case someone wants to replicate something good they did a quarter or year prior. Based on a variety of the criteria, it was pretty easy to find good candidates for archiving.

We’ve done this a few times this year.Â
