Hi everyone!
We’re excited to share a new enhancement in DSC (Digital Success Center) that gives you more control over how your organization receives security-related communications. With the new Security Contact field in your Company’s POC table, admins can easily designate the right person to receive security-related updates, helping ensure information always reaches the right place.To access this feature, log in to the Customer Center → open DSC → navigate to your Partnership tab → and go to the POCs table.
🆕 How it works
Admins can now:
- Add a new contact and designate them as the Security Contact
- Set or remove the Security Contact designation on existing contacts
- View all currently designated Security Contacts

🛡️ Who should be set as the Security Contact?
Typically:
- A Salesloft Administrator
- A Chief Security Officer
- Anyone in a security-related role
- Or a dedicated security email alias (e.g., security@acmeinc.com)
ℹ️ Important Note
Designating a Security Contact means their email will be used only for sharing security-related alerts and information.
It will not be used for marketing communications unless they’ve opted in elsewhere.
