I’m Sheena, a Customer Success Manager based in beautiful Butte, Montana 🗻. When I’m not helping customers drive durable revenue growth, I’m wrangling my three kiddos, attempting to raise honeybees, and recently started competing in Spartan races.

Co-hosting  Salesloft office hours is one of my favorite activities because you never know what questions you’ll get from customers. I’m here in the Hub as well, ready to help with any of your Salesloft questions 🤓.

I am Melissa and I am a member of our Velocity Customer Success team.  I’m in Atlanta and a proud alumnae of the University of Georgia!  I aim to get my customers the most clear, concise, and efficient answers to their burning questions.  Often, this includes making personalized videos using our Vidyard integration 🎬. 

On weekends, you can find me cheering on the Dawgs (loudly), planning the next big family getaway to the mountains, or trying to keep up with my husband’s foodie obsession in the kitchen.  There’s just 125 days until I see the ski slopes again - but who’s counting.

I’m the Director of Sales Development with Orion, based in Omaha, NE. My latest challenge is implementing 6sense. It’s a great platform, but our CRM data is not in good order, so figuring out how to accommodate the needs of sales and operations is a problem. I’m hoping to learn from peers on best practices with Salesloft.

I worked 12+ years in SaaS Sales and i use Salesloft since many year, implementing now Drift as well. Hi All!  Chad here, Salesforce Admin in Kansas City.   I work for CARET, a SaaS “remote first” company in the LMS (legal) arena.   I am tasked with administering our tech stack including Salesloft. We are just beginning to fully leverage Salesloft for my company so I am very excited about getting Conversation and Deals online in the coming month.  This is a relatively new career path for myself.  Prior to COVID, I was a Director of Event Tech for ENCORE for 15 years, managing live events (A/V) in convention size hotels.  Although there are aspects I miss from my past career, there is something rewarding about enabling others with tech!

Hi All - Joey Lopez from the LiveRamp SDR leadership team based out of San Francisco. Been in the SDR space for about 6 years now. My team is fully outbound and enterprise focused with our promotion path going from straight to Enterprise AE so the jump is large.

Kristen here with Cloudbeds (brand new to SalesLoft and excited to get going with it); I’m a senior IC under our Strategic sales team based in the greater Orlando area. I am here for all the best practices the SL team and our champions have to share and to support this community however I can.

Hi Everyone! My name is Janice and I’m a Sales Operations Manager for a legal marketing company. I live and work in Arlington, VA (remote worker as the company is based in Savannah, GA). When I’m not working (seems like never 😜), I love spending time outside whether for a run near the monuments or a favorite trail, a concert, or sunset cocktails. I’ve recently started taking a boxing class which is super fun and much needed at the end of certain days-especially my 5pm Friday class!

We’ve been using Salesloft since Sept 2023 but it has been very difficult to get full buy-i from the entire sales team. The SDRs love it but the sales reps are 50/50. We have a new sales leader who will be enforcing 100% adoption but Salesloft has its challenges based on how we work. We’re not a traditional sales org like SaaS org. There are some challenges with Salesforce and Salesloft. Our team works at the account level not contact level so there are many automated rules I have created to be able to get the platform to function as best as possible for the way the sales reps work. We went as far as a rip and replace in December to try Gong Engage but that didn’t work either so we are back to Salesloft with the promise of customizing the platform to how we work-we’ll see how that goes.

I would love insight on best practices for:

• data hygiene (many contacts in Salesloft that do not exist in our CRM and a lot of them are emails and not full contacts (missing first, last name, phone, company, etc.)
• email deliverability - I keep it set to compliance standards but the one minute delay between sends kills the reps when they have hundreds of people in a cadence (webinar invites) and domain send limitations (I set ours to 10) per day.

I've been using Salesloft for sending emails, adding leads, and managing cadences, but I feel like I'm only scratching the surface of what the platform can do. I'd love to learn how other users structure their workflows, track performance, and use Salesloft more effectively in their day-to-day prospecting.
