I’m Brynja (pronounced Brin-Yuh) and I’m the Customer Experience Program Manager here at Salesloft - running our new Champions Hub. šŸ† While I’m based in Boston (Go Bruins), I’m originally from Minnesota where I was born and raised. When I’m not at my desk working on how to level up your experience within the hub, I’m coaching part-time at [solidcore] as a Senior Master CoachĀ šŸ’™šŸ’ŖšŸ¼, traveling near and farĀ (my favorites so far are Australia + New Zealand), and going to concerts - justĀ don’t ask me to sing! šŸŽ¶

I’m Sheena, a Customer Success Manager based in beautiful Butte, MontanaĀ šŸ—». When I’m not helping customers drive durable revenue growth, I’m wrangling my three kiddos, attempting to raise honeybees, and recently started competing in Spartan races.

I’m the Director of Sales Development with Orion, based in Omaha, NE. My latest challenge is implementing 6sense. It’s a great platform, but our CRM data is not in good order, so figuring out how to accommodate the needs of sales and operations is a problem. I’m hoping to learn from peers on best practices with Salesloft.

Hi All!Ā  Chad here, Salesforce Admin in Kansas City.Ā  Ā I work for CARET, a SaaS ā€œremote firstā€ company in the LMS (legal) arena.Ā  Ā I am tasked with administering our tech stack including Salesloft. WeĀ are just beginning to fully leverage Salesloft for my company so I am very excited about getting Conversation and Deals online in the coming month.Ā  This is a relatively new career path for myself.Ā  Prior to COVID, I was a Director of Event Tech for ENCORE for 15 years, managing live events (A/V) in convention size hotels.Ā  Although there are aspects I miss from my past career, there is something rewarding about enabling others with tech!

My name is Olivia and I am the Sales Enablement Manager over at Apartment List. Taking on the Business Owner and admin role since starting in November.

So far my latest challenge is auditing ourĀ Salesloft and making adjustments to improve the platform.Ā

Hi Everyone! My name is Janice and I’m a Sales Operations Manager for a legal marketing company. I live and work in Arlington, VA (remote worker as the company is based in Savannah, GA). When I’m not working (seems like never 😜), I love spending time outside whetherĀ for a run near the monuments orĀ a favorite trail, a concert, or sunset cocktails. I’ve recently started taking a boxing class which is super fun and much needed at the end of certain days-especially my 5pm Friday class!

We’ve been using Salesloft since Sept 2023 but it has been very difficult to get full buy-i from the entire sales team. The SDRs love it but the sales reps are 50/50. We have a new sales leader who will be enforcing 100% adoption but Salesloft has its challenges based on how we work. We’re not a traditional sales org like SaaS org. There are some challenges with Salesforce and Salesloft. Our team works at the account level not contact level so there are many automated rules I have created to be able to get the platform to function as best as possible for the way the sales reps work. We went as far as a rip and replace in December to try Gong Engage but that didn’t work either so we are back to Salesloft with the promise of customizing the platform to how we work-we’ll see how that goes.

I would love insight on best practices for:

  • data hygiene (many contacts in Salesloft that do not exist in our CRM and a lot of them are emails and not full contacts (missing first, last name, phone, company, etc.)
  • email deliverability - I keep it set to compliance standards but the one minute delay between sends kills the reps when they have hundreds of people in a cadence (webinar invites) and domain send limitations (I set ours to 10) per day.
