Q: What’s a fun fact about yourself?
A: I’m a part-time DJ on weekends and enjoy making song remixes. It’s a creative outlet that lets me experiment with sound and share good vibes with people.
Q: How has Salesloft made an impact in your work or team’s success?
A: Salesloft has transformed how we track, manage, and improve efficiency in our customer engagements. It’s helped us cut out busywork and focus more on meaningful interactions. The reporting tools, in particular, have provided insights that directly led to process improvements and measurable revenue growth.
Q: What is one part of Salesloft that you can’t live without? Why?
A: I love the Conversations feature—I’m on calls all day long, so it’s a huge help to have a reliable repository of recordings. Salesloft’s AI-generated summaries and key moments quickly remind me of what happened and what next steps to take, saving me from digging through notes. Overall, it’s great for efficiency and helps me stay organized across multiple projects.
Q: What would you recommend to someone just starting out with Salesloft? Any tips?
A: Here’s a few!
- Start with the basics, and don’t worry about mastering everything at once. Begin by importing people in smaller groups to test out Salesloft’s functionality—it’ll help you get comfortable without feeling overwhelmed.
- Have a weekly internal sync on how Salesloft is going and ways to optimize your process. For example, consider building more automation rules, adjusting workflows, or sharing tips on improving efficiency as you all learn the platform.
- Don’t feel like you need to know all the answers as an admin. Direct your users to Salesloft’s resources—there’s an in-app support bot, daily office hours, and the Champions Hub. I also recommend adding Salesloft’s daily office hours to your calendar and trying to attend once a week, or until you feel comfortable. It’s a great resource to help answer live questions from your team as they come up.
Q: Bonus! If you could have any job, anywhere in the world, and money didn’t matter, what would it be?
A: I’d love to be a traveling drone pilot. Capturing stunning aerial footage of landscapes and cities around the world, while exploring unique perspectives from above, would be a dream job. It combines my love for travel and tech in the best way.
