AI, Data, & CRM

Analytics Enhancements

What: This month’s Analytics enhancements streamline your data analysis by introducing more granular Sorting and Filtering options. On the Individual Coaching Page, you can now sort the list of users by Group or Role. In the Command Center, you can filter the Prospecting funnel by Cadence.

Who: Available to all Salesloft users.

Where: The new Sort options can be found on the Individual Coaching Page. To access the Individual Coaching Page, hover over the Workspace tab, then select Coaching. From the Coaching page, click the Individual tab. New Sort options will appear at the top of the list. The new Filter options can be found in the Command Center. To access the Command Center, hover over the Analytics tab, then select Command Center. The new Filter option will appear in the Prospecting funnel section. 

 

Sales Strategist Agent Enhancements

What: The Sales Strategist Agent enhancements allow admins to customize how the agent works through the Artificial Intelligence settings. From the Artificial Intelligence settings, admins can provide custom instructions to control how the Agent generates content and offers recommendations, with the flexibility to apply these rules to specific groups or the entire team. Additionally, admins can focus the Agent's analysis on up to 10 specific opportunity fields to ensure its insights are always based on the most important data points for their sellers.

Who: Available to all Salesloft users
Where: Admins can add custom instructions, apply the rules to specific users, and select opportunity fields from the Artificial Intelligence settings. To access them, navigate to your settings, then select Artificial Intelligence under the Data category.

 

Zoom Auto Record - Admin Defaults

What: This release allows admins to create a consistent initial experience for all team members by defining specific user defaults. This includes reordered columns on the Conversations Page to prioritize Auto Record data. This release also introduces a new notification banner on the navigation menu and adds Auto Record counts directly to Zoom cards, providing at-a-glance visibility into your recording activity.

Who: Available to all Salesloft users

Where: These updates can be found on the Conversations Page. To access the Conversations Page, hover over the Activity tab, then select Conversations.

 

Clips Sharing Experience

What: This release introduces a more secure way to share call snippets by requiring a passcode for access. When creating a clip, you can set specific expiration dates to determine how long a recipient has access to a shared clip. When you click Share URL to copy a link to a clip, a mandatory passcode. Recipients must enter the passcode to access the shared clip. For external viewers, the shared link provides a secure player featuring meeting metadata and an AI-generated summary, while internal users are directed back to the full Conversations page. 

Who: Available to all Salesloft users

Where: Clips can be shared from the Clip Details Page. To share a clip, hover over the Activity tab, then select Conversations. From the Conversations Page, click the Your Clips tab. Select the title of the clip you want to share. This will open its Details Page. Beneath the video/audio player, click the Share dropdown, then click Share URL.

 

Enhanced Contact Creation & Deduplication

What: This release introduces a Secondary Deduplication Logic toggle that helps admins prevent duplicate records. This new setting automatically matches contacts using names and phone numbers when an email address is missing.

Here’s a preview of some features in the next Clari and Copilot Releases:

Send AI Emails from Clari

When viewing relationships in Clari from an Account or Opportunity, use the email icon next to any relationship listed to open the Salesloft Extension. Then, start drafting an email or use an AI template from Salesloft. AI templates leverage context from the selected relationship to start a cold email, new angle, or follow-up. Create Salesloft Tasks

When inspecting your pipeline, spot risk and create tasks that will surface in Salesloft Rhythm. Click the task icon from the Opportunity list view (in the right panel or in Relationships) to populate the task with the Opportunity and/or Contact. Then save it directly to Salesloft without leaving Clari.

 

Send follow-up emails via Salesloft

Send Salesloft-tracked follow-up emails in one click. Once your call summary is generated, click to populate it directly into a Salesloft email with a subject line and all call participants. Help Center: Copilot AI Follow up Email
