See what's new in Salesloft! In this article, we will highlight Salesloft's newest features and functionality.

Salesloft MCP Server

  • What: The Salesloft MCP server lets AI tools pull live data directly from Salesloft to provide answers based on your actual data, i.e. pipeline, calls, accounts...etc. 
  • Who: Available to Salesloft Users with the Salesloft Agentic add-on.
  • Where: Admins can enable the MCP Server for Salesloft Users.

Salesloft Chrome Side Panel & Integrated Profile View

  • What: The Salesloft Chrome Side Panel is now a fixed browser panel that stays open as you navigate tabs. This experience allows you to use various browsers and Salesloft tools simultaneously and eliminates the need to switch tabs.
  • Who: Available to all Salesloft users who have the Salesloft Chrome extension installed.
  • Where: Located within the Chrome browser's side panel, accessible by clicking the Salesloft "S" icon in your browser toolbar.

 

Custom Object: Log to Alternate Record

  • What: Allows Salesloft admins to control which custom objects are available for activity logging. Custom objects for activity logging can be configured at both the individual user and group levels.
  • Who: Available to all Salesloft admins
  • Where: Admins can manage custom object activity logging from the Object and Field Configuration settings.
  • How: To control which custom objects appear for activity logging, admins must configure custom object fields from the Object and Field Configuration settings (Object and Field Configuration > Custom Objects). To learn more, check out the Custom Objects Configuration article.

 

Salesloft Dialer Bulk Assignment Tool

  • What: Allows admins to assign phone numbers to multiple users at once using a single CSV upload.
  • Who: Available to all Salesloft admins with the Dialer enabled
  • Where: Admins can assign phone numbers in bulk from the Team Dialer settings.

Log a Meeting on Demand

  • What: Log a Meeting on Demand in Salesloft allows you to retroactively record details of past, unscheduled meetings. On-Demand meetings will contribute to Salesloft Analytics as a meeting synced.
  • Who: Available to all Salesloft users.
  • Where: The Log a Meeting button from the Person Account record.

Sales Strategist Integration with Knowledge Library

  • What: Sales Strategist Agent Configuration page now contains a content section to ensure the Coaching Agent is focused on the most current and relevant information in your organization.
  • Who: Available to Salesloft Users with the Coaching Agent Add-On
  • Where: Admins can configure the Sales Strategist by going to Settings, Artificial Intelligence.

Salesloft Connect Account Record Pages

  • What: Account and Opportunities data now included in the Salesloft Chrome Extension.
  • Who: Available to Salesloft Connect Chrome users.
  • Where: Account and Opportunity autopopulates in the Salesloft Connect Sidepanel.
