Hi all, looking for a best practice to see a report on overdue steps for my team. So not the % of steps which have been overdue but the actual open step. We don’t use Salesforce.

Hi @Renske

I have two suggestions

  1. Cadence Step Analytics. This report allows you to see the steps that were overdue when completed. You can access this by navigating to Analytics > Content Performance > Steps, and then filtering the panel by Overdue Steps. The chart will display which steps in the cadence were completed late.
  2. Scheduled Actions. This will show you steps due today and overdue as well as a 5 day outlook - by team or rep

Hope this helps!

Thank you for your reply, I am  familiar with these, the overview I am looking for is the details of overdue steps on rep level (would be the same for skipped) without going cadence by cadence.

No unfortunate not @SWaldman how can we get this as a requirement… seems like even when people have a lot of old steps this does not show in the scheduled actions
