Has anyone ever set up an Email Cadence, but i need the subject line of each email sent to be different and not show up in the recipient’s email as RE:

Sheena here from the Salesloft Customer Success team. It sounds like you’re describing our “Thread an Email Step” setting which is designed to help keep threads organized but you would like to disable. 

 

If yes, I’ve linked the instructions for how to remedy this above! Do keep in mind:

  • This needs to be updated at each individual email step in your cadence
  • You are unable to update this if anyone is currently active in the cadence
  • Sometimes admins will lock a Team Cadence which would prevent you from making updates (but you may be able to clone it)
