Implement Scheduled AI Email Generation

AI-generated Emails in Cadences are generated prior to clicking the Run Cadence Step button which reduces time spent waiting for the email to generate.

Various improvements such as refining the AI prompts and adding additional data points and context to the emails have been implemented to AI-generated emails.

Conversations

Participant Improvements

We've updated the UI label from "Attendees" to "Participants" to better align with current industry terminology and improve consistency within the product.

Conversations in Global Search

Salesloft users can search for a specific person, account, or conversation title in the Global Navigation Menu to surface the most recent conversations held.

AI Conversation Insights

The Conversation Insights report in Drift provides powerful, automated analysis of your Bionic Chatbot conversations. This feature helps you understand what your site visitors are asking and how well your AI is performing, enabling you to refine your content strategy and personalize buyer interactions.

Who: Available to Drift customers who have Bionic Chatbots enabled.

When: This feature is generally available.

Where: AI Conversation Insights can be found by navigating to Reports and then selecting Conversation Insights
