HI Champions - I’m opening a ticket with Salesloft and plan to attend office hours, but I thought I’d also post here in case anyone is having a similar issue and found a magical solution.
- Case 1: The dialer is not allowing a user to connect in Salesloft (2nd image)
- Case 2: User is working out of Salesforce and the call won’t connect, tested on several records (1st image)
Steps taken:
- Chrome is updated
- Uninstalled, reinstalled extension
- Using latest Salesloft Chrome extension
- Restarted computer
