When managing accounts, there are times when you need to quickly send a one-off email to multiple stakeholders—whether it's to introduce yourself as a new rep or provide a timely update.
A 1-step cadence can help you to send personalized one-off emails (bulk send) to multiple people simultaneously. This ensures everyone receives a tailored message without compromising on time or effort.
Here’s how you can create a 1-step cadence for sending one-off bulk emails:
- Create a new cadence and name it.
- We recommend giving your cadence a name that reflects its purpose. For example, you could name it “Quick Update.”
- Add an Email Step to the Cadence.
- Since this is a 1-step cadence, you'll only need to create one action.
- This step will serve as the core of your cadence—an email step where you introduce yourself to stakeholders.
- Compose your Email
- In the email composition window, compose a personalized email.
- Note: You will still have the option to update the email before you send it.
- Here are some tips and things to include in your 1-step cadence email:
- Discuss the ‘why’, ex: you're the new point of contact for their account.
- Include key information about yourself and how you will assist with their needs moving forward. Consider providing resources where applicable.
- Add Recipients to the Cadence
- Once the cadence is activated, add the stakeholders you want to reach out to. Ensure all relevant recipients are included before starting the cadence.
- Launch the Cadence
- After adding your recipients, click the “Launch Cadence” button. Salesloft will queue up the email for each person on your list, ensuring that the emails go out at the right time.
- Since it’s a 1-step cadence, there’s no follow-up required. The emails will be sent once and you can track the results.

Subject: Introducing Your New Point of Contact
Body: Hi {first_name},
I hope this email finds you well! I’m pYour Name], and I’m excited to introduce myself as your new account representative here at uYour Company]. Moving forward, I’ll be your main point of contact for any questions, feedback, or support you may need.
I look forward to working closely with you and ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed your expectations.
