Calling all Public Sector Sellers
Does your organization have a team selling into PubSec? If so, how are you handling Call Recording best practices? Whether it’s calls made through the Dialer or recorded meetings with Zoom, Google Meet, etc. I want to hear from you in the comments!
- Do you a have recording message announced at the start of call/meeting?
- Are you asking to record calls/meetings prior to recording?
- Are you auto recording all calls/meetings, unless specifically asked to not record by meeting attendee?
- Do you keep your call recordings for a specific amount of time?
