Hi all,

I’m looking for some feedback on these questions:

  • How long (period of time) are your cadences to prospects?
  • How long (length of email) are your messages to prospects?
  • What have you found to be helpful in getting high open rates and replies?

Thanks for your help!

V/r,

Neville

Hi @NevilleDePass 👋🏼

I’ll let customers chime in on their specific cadence lengths, but I think it may come down to a few variables like: goal of the cadence, industry, and type of content being shared.

In the meantime, you might find some useful tips in our Optimizing Sales Emails and Cadence Best Practices white papers.

Hope that helps!

@NevilleDePass - like mentioned by @Salesloft_Rob there is a TON to consider here.

Mainly, the “who” of the cadence should be considered first and foremost. (current client, net new prospect, other)

From there, you will want to then identify the theme: (product update? Nurture? Renewal? Net new cold?)

Then a goal: “book a meeting? follow up?”

From there - you also then want to consider how most will read this email. Majority of people will read on phones, so you want to ensure things are “1 screen readable” as an example. Especially if you’re doing cold outreach.

If you’re interested in talking a bit more about tips or ideas, I would be more than happy to catch up! Got a lot of stuff we can share with you that could help.
